I am a Lightworker first, and a Holistic Practitioner second.

Not all Holistic Practitioners are Lightworkers, and not all Lightworkers are Holistic Practitioners—
and understanding the difference matters so you can make the best choice FOR YOU.
A Holistic Practitioner may be trained in healing modalities like massage, acupuncture, or nutrition, and sound healing. While they focus on the well-being of the whole person, their approach may be rooted more in technique than in spiritual alignment.
Conversely, a Lightworker operates from a soul-led mission to raise consciousness, heal on an energetic or spiritual level, and bring light into the world. Some Lightworkers may not practice any formal healing modality at all; their presence, words, or energy alone can activate deep transformation in others.
This distinction is important because just having training or certification doesn’t automatically make someone a vessel of higher vibrational healing. This is important.
The depth of one’s experience, intention, and inner work plays a powerful role in the quality of the healing offered.
A Practitioner can know techniques but still lack the energetic integrity or soul alignment of a true lightworker. Likewise, a Lightworker with lived experience and intuitive wisdom can create profound shifts in people without ever using a formal method. Experience—especially spiritual and emotional growth—adds depth, authenticity, and resonance to any healing work, and it's that lived wisdom that often makes the biggest impact.
No matter who you choose to work with, may it a Lightworker or a Holistic Practitioner, make sure you understand the energetic integrity that the person carrys. You are a sacred energetic vessel yourself. Make sure you are filling it with energy that is of best intent.
