Kinetic Energy Release (KER)
Kinetic Energy Release (KER) is a therapeutic approach that focuses on releasing trapped emotions and unresolved energy within the body, which can negatively impact a person’s overall health and various facets of life.

A one-hour KER session is $85.00.
There is an additional option available that includes a 30 minutes of Karuna Reiki after the 60 minute Kinetic Energy Releasing to assist with the processing and healing. This combined service is $140.00.
(This is a very popular session that I highly recommend. Plan on approximately two hours from arrival to departure when scheduling. This is a fan favorite for those who want to expedite shadow work and fast forward their healing journey.)
