Kinetic Energy Release (KER) is a therapeutic approach that focuses on releasing trapped emotions and unresolved energy within the body, which can negatively impact a person’s overall health and various facets of life.
The concept behind KER is rooted in the idea that past and present emotions create physical tension or blockages within the body’s meridian energy system. These blockages can be stored in various parts of the body and may manifest as chronic pain, illness, fatigue, or emotional distress. KER works by identifying these emotional blockages and using techniques to help release the trapped energy, allowing the body to heal and return to a balanced state.
Emotions, whether inherited, observed, or experienced, can accumulate over time and become trapped within the body.
Releasing these blockages through Kinetic Energy Release has the potential to improve all facets of life. Mentally, it can promote clarity, reduce stress, and encourage positive thinking.
The KER session is an hour long, non-evasive and enlightening. Things may come up that you had no idea that your body was holding onto that have been affecting you. Releasing this energy will not only help you. Imagine carrying energy that you unknowingly inherited. It will not only eliminate the energy from you, but every family member that may also have been burdened with it - your parents, your children, your siblings, and so on.
A one-hour KER session is $85.00.
There is an additional option available that includes a 30 minutes of Karuna Reiki after the 60 minute Kinetic Energy Releasing to assist with the processing and healing. This combined service is $140.00.
(This is a very popular session that I highly recommend. Plan on approximately two hours from arrival to departure when scheduling. This is a fan favorite for those who want to expedite shadow work and fast forward their healing journey.)
