As a Certified Spiritual Coach, I work with my clients to release trauma, heal, and change their actions going forward in their journey.  

While coaches, trainers, psychologists, and therapists can guide and assist, the responsibility to execute is left up to the person.

This journal puts the power back in the hands of the individual, allowing them to put ALL BETS ON THEM.  No excuses, and no outside negative judgement- just self accountability.

You will be able to keep track of things like:

• grounding yourself expressing gratitude
• fluid intake
• daily overall emotional state
• items that you knocked out of the park
• items you need to do better at tomorrow
• with plenty of room to add specific items and tasks that are focus specific on what goals you are striving for.
